Clare Solly (Firefly Jane)
Clare V. Solly (Firefly Jane) – Clare believes that you should reach for the stars when pursuing your dreams, and at 6′1″ she feels she might have an edge on reaching the heavens! Clare is delighted to be working on this project with Maia, Matt, fellow pirates and cast mates, as it is always a delight to be part of the creative process! A current resident in the Orange County area, Clare grew up in Carlsbad, CA. Clare has been a frequent offender as an actress all over Orange County stages, and has played roles of all shapes and sizes, with her favorites including “Adelaide” in Guys and Dolls, “Oolie/Donna” in City of Angels, “Sarah” in Company, “Dogberry” in Much Ado About Nothing, and “Mary” in Run For Your Wife. Clare is an alumnus of the Cal State Fullerton Theatre program, and the South Coast Repertory Acting program. Currently Clare is attending the University of the Rockies to get her Masters in Psychology. Her favorite fairy tale is “The Steadfast Tin Soldier”.
